unfortunately, the locales need to be configured manually, for the
moment at least. We could also introduce an AvailableLocales class in
JBehave Core that can be looked up at runtime ....
In any case, the configuration has been updated but the new built has
not been republished to the update site:

There are some build issues which are being fixed. As soon as it's
done, we'll publish the new build.

I don't get the Norwegian nor the Swedish locales as choices in the
drop down. They are included in the jbehave core jar included in the
plugin.
