Thanks for that. Versions are indeed the latest etc.
Someone on the list with more experience with the aws-elb provider can
hopefully shine more light on what might be going on when you use the
portable LoadBalancerService [1].
In the meantime, are you able to try the ELB-specific LoadBalancerApi
[2] to see if you can get that to do what you need?
