I suspect this is indeed not quite the correct mailing list, since
we're really talking about the Jenkins plugin (which uses jclouds)
here, and that is not part of the jclouds project itself.
Having said that, if you jump on #jclouds on Freenode, you may well
find some of the people involved with the Jenkins plugin there, so
should be able to get an answer to your question(s).
Alternatively, you may want to open an issue against the plugin itself
on its issue tracker [1]?
