Found a solution. We use glance v1 the problem was causing openstack to get
the image size. First option was taking the size by openning a url
connection and getting the size from the header then passing it in
CreatImageOptions.
Second option witch we eventually used was creating a StringPayload with
empty string (its mandatory to send the create command with a payload :-(
) and sending the location url in the CreatImageOptions
That causes glance to get the size from the URL on its own...
