If you are referring to the
"NetworkInterface.n.AssociatePublicIpAddress" option in the
RunInstances API, I can't find any indication that it is supported,
no, I'm afraid.
Hopefully one of the EC2 experts can prove me wrong - otherwise, you
might want to create an issue for this? If you'd be interested in
creating a pull request, that would obviously be even better ;-)
