Fetching instance store images in template builder

Hi,

 I am using the createNodesInGroup api to create a node and using the
templatebuilder to  look for ami with specific OSFamily.

Now, I also need an AMI that is instance Store based (not EBS). Is there a
option in template, that will allow me to specify it ?
