cloud-config / 'userdata' in GCE provider

Hi

Is there a way to provide userdata (something like, cloud-init) using the GCE 
provider?
I see that there’s no GoogleComputeEngineTemplateOptions.userData(..)  method, 
the equivalent of AWSEC2TemplateOptions’s userData(..) .
