Or, alternatively - create and attach another disk while the instance is being created (I don’t want to create the instance THEN attach another disk)
I verified that functionality around this need was available up to 1.8.1 and removed for 1.9.0 by commit 6b5643c924e8877cb9256611e6f8266aeef58dc5 Why?
