Hallo, this is a known problem with the Openstack Liberty. Jclouds API were not yet updated to work with Openstack Liberty. Because of the changes made to different parameters, like deleting parameter namespace, API does not work properly with Liberty version yet.

We always get a NullPointer indicating that the namespace is null. I think there is a mismatch between our extension list and the JClouds API. I have attached our extension list below. I cannot find any namespace declaration in the JSON descpription.
