I'm guessing the path to your CSV is not correct.
Try moving the CSV to your C: drive
Change the function to reflect that change:
${__CSVRead(c:/Login.csv,0)}
/I also noticed you have an extra comma in your current setup:
${__CSVRead(Login.csv,0*,*)}/
