Why not introducing a menu in GUI similar to the existing menu

Options->Toolbar

when the checkbox left of the new submenu "auto-load last test plan" entry
is checked then
obviously the last test plan should be auto-loaded without having to setup
any shortcut link or enter additional call with parameters.

This should be easy to implement

Hmm, where are the currently shown recent Testplans saved across
exit+restarts?
I am willing to fiddle around in some config files or Registry to get rid of
them
