Hi, Just to update - I have tried opening Summary report, it has opening in very less time.

The Summary Report does not require additional memory for additional samples - it uses a fixed set of counters. The Aggregate Report used to use additional memory for each sample. In recent versions of JMeter, the report combines data for samples with the same elapsed time.
