FTP via JMeter vs another client

Hi,
 
I've just came across a situation where JMeter takes more than double the time 
to upload a 20 MB file when I compared it with
FileZilla FTP upload. Is there anything I've missed here or is this 
justifiable? 
 
Note: I've used the same environment to do this test
