As I mentioned before %2F, %2B and %3D are hexadecimal ascii representations of some non-alphanumeric characters, see this as a reference http://web.cs.dal.ca/~jamie/cs4173/examples/XHTML/entities/ASCII.html
Although I'm trying to help you I'm also trying to understand what's your real purpose and, with this set, suggest you a better suitable solution. Some things I have not addressed yet: 1. Why remove only the % (percentile) from negwZpYrTeF87bx*%2F*pCgyzpctt12b68RupAkJAMk and not %2F, that represents the / (slash) ? 2. Why not get entire values among %2B (plus sign), %2F (slash) and %3D (equal sign) and just part of it? 3. If you really want only part of the first value, between %2B and %2F, what's the range of the substring? Regards.
