What is the best practice - to have 'Retrieve All Embedded Resources from HTML files' or not?

Hi All,

 

I'm in progress of designing a Load Test using JMeter. I am thinking to
use 'Retrieve All Embedded Resources from HTML files' option in HTTP
sampler. But, just wanted to know what is the best (or usual) practice
and why so?
