What does the JMeter log say about the Locale?

For example:

2012/10/12 18:56:36 INFO - jmeter.JMeter: Default Locale=English
(United Kingdom)
2012/10/12 18:56:36 INFO - jmeter.JMeter: JMeter Locale=English
(United Kingdom)

Have you changed any of the properties files?
