You do have Jenkins with Sonar installed? and have you followed the instructions regarding the Report Server?
It should work just like any other plugin if everything is in place. Of course I can't be of much help with Sonar itself if its not properly setup in Jenkins, since in my case it was already installed and used by the development team for other measurements.
