Well, I found the recommendation here " http://osdir.com/ml/jmeter-user.jakarta.apache.org/2010-01/msg00243.html"; then I searched by the web and found that sometimes if you use JDK7 by default try to connects over IPv6 and this is the reason why jmeter sometimes fails.
