Hello, I run my jmeter tests from a shell script on linux. The shell script basically loops through many jmeter jmx files.
Often, I see heapdump messages, which I guess mean out of memory. My jmeter shell script, default that comes with jmeter install, contains DUMP="-XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError" so I guess this is what causes the message to appear in my linux session window. I guess I'm ok with the heapdump message appearing, but I do not know how to fix. My question is when the heap dump occurs, does it mean that the jmeter test stops completely, or does the jmeter test pause until more memory is available? Any help is so appreciated. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
