Thanks, That is what I needed. ecprod.cn.ca is the website, and with the debug options you gave me, it looks like it has nothing to do with proxy or firewall. I simplified the matters by using a straight HTTP instead of HTTPS but I get the same results. I now have a good starting point to go discuss the issue with the application support. Maybe they can trace their entry point to see what the trouble is.
