I will answer your third question:

Yes , you can do pretty easy... what you have to do is to create 5 different 
thread groups. 

For each thread groups you create the desired script then you put under Number 
of threads 20 , for the 2nd 30 and for the 3rd 30 , etc...
Then go to your Test Plan node and uncheck "Run Thread Groups consecutively 
(i.e. run group one at a time).

That should be it... try it out and let me know...

1. I have 2 scripts and I am executing both sane time.
now the case is that my script is generating policy no and I want to pass this 
policy no in script 2 at run time not by parameterization.
Is this is possibel in jmeter.

2.Now the second question is how can we perform the spike testing in jmeter.
Spike testing is like suddenly increase the no of user for a time and the 
suddenly decrease and observe the response of server.
can it is possible in jmeter.

3.how to perform test mix in jmeter.
Eg  I have 5 scripts  and I want to execute load for 100 vu and the 
distribution of vu are as follows.
20 vu for s1 , 30 vu for s2 , 30 for s3 , 10 vu for s4 and 10 vu for s5 at a 
same time.
is this scenerio is possible in jmete.
