I may not have blaze meter. only Jmeter is blaze meter also free version like 
jmeter.However for now the whole testing maven/jenkins plugins are configured 
with Jmeter to run as part of CI/CD pipe line with Jenkins and dockers frame

  jmeter-plugins.org or the JMeter Plugin Manager)
  2. Use a variable / JMeter Property as the amount of threads
  3. Change the variable during the test with a JSR223 / BeanShell element.
