Looking at https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa142816(v=exchg.65).aspx 
(first hit on Google for WebDAV copy example) I think you have to select copy 
as the method and add destination and overwrite as http headers (by adding a 
http header manager to your sampler).
