Hi, I am running JMeter tests via Java and had the following problem. I use an instance of StandardJMeterEngine and immediately after the “run” method call I generate a report with the ReportGenerator. The report generator is called on the JTL file generated by the JMeter engine. However, it seems that the JTL file is not completely written after the “run” method call, because I see only part of the data in the report. For the moment I added a sleep call, but I would like a better way.
Is there a possibility to check whether the engine has completely saved the JTL file to disc? Is there any other good idea? As a reference, I am using JMeter 5.3.
