Have you had a look at https://jmeter.apache.org/usermanual/generating-dashboard.html ? And remember, that it helps to explain, what you tried and didn't work. Otherwise we have to guess and will probably fail at that. What do you mean exactly by an aggregated csv? What graph are you looking for?
