Thank you very much for your answer.

We discarded those two that you mention because they are commercial tools and 
we're looking for a free and open source one. Some like TestLink would fit our 
requirements but they didn't free any release for the last four years therefore 
we're a bit concerned about its evolution. Don't you think JMeter could be 
adapted to them?

I think you're looking for something like the xRay addon for Jira, or Octane.
Jmeter is not a test management tool.
