I found the reason behind this. I was generating .har file using developers tool and converting it to.jmx. Some responses were blank in developers tool.
Later recorded same script with JMeter http proxy recorder. Actually there is valid response body available when recorded with JMeter http proxy recorder. Now I'm able to extract dynamic values.
