The easiest way to solve your problem is to simply give 'view' right to 'All'
as below.
grant principal org.apache.wiki.auth.authorize.Role "All" {
permission org.apache.wiki.auth.permissions.PagePermission "*:Main",
"view";
// permission org.apache.wiki.auth.permissions.WikiPermission "*",
"editPreferences";
