Said that, I'm able to login at jspwiki-wiki.apache.org using both Edge and IE11 desktop (with the latter the top right icons are not visible, but the small triangles with both dropdowns do show up, therefore the functionality is accesible), so I'd encourage you to build from master and try out, there have been several issues fixed on haddock since 2.10.2.
