Nesrine A tmodel is a "technical model" used for attaching additional data to anything in UDDI. It doesn't necessaryily describe a web service and can be used to describe anything within UDDI. To add QoS data to a UDDI service entry, it really needs to be attached to the BindingTemplate tModeilInstanceInfo. This element allows you define some values, referencing an existing tModel.
