In Karaf 2.1.x, you can use the following:
ka...@root> each (bundles) { echo ($it symbolicname) }
org.apache.felix.framework
org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn
org.ops4j.pax.url.wrap
....
I think the syntax is slightly different for trunk though ...
