Hey Matt, TBH you always surprise me with your questions. I've never though about the frequency because it was always "fast enough" for me :-) Nevermind, just looked up the code since you made me curious now myself. BundleWatcher.java says that the interval is 1sec; taking a look at Watch.java it seams that you can manipulate this value; but one sec should be fast enough I think.
