Hi,

well this is due to the fact that your bundle has been resolved
before. and therefore keeps the references.
Now if you stop/uninstall the not needed bundles they are now not
available for "new" bundles.
But the bundles being resolved before keep the references to the old
bundles. This stays this way until
you refresh the reference holding bundle.
