We introduced SSH key exchange support in Karaf 2.2.8.
I gonna try to reproduce it on my box and will fix that (it's just an
unecessary warning message).

The error is KarafPublickeyAuthenticator error is thrown when trying to
log into Karaf remotely. This is not stopping bundle from starting.
