Yeah, I had started looking into this a while back but had to focus on getting the Karaf SCR Components ready for Karaf 2.3. That will be the first release that will have SCR integrated into the Karaf stack. I would start with 2.3 when it releases (which I understand is very soon) or use Karaf 2.2.9 with the command components that I have available out on github.
