I did some investigating, and found the following: 1) The config files are coming from 2.3.0, as the Maven dependency brings them over. We apply a few patches using filtered-resources, but in looking at these there is nothing that should cause trouble with 2.3.0.
2) All other dependencies seem to be updated (in the pom files and in what is built). With that said, what could be causing this?
