Karaf may be deployed under *any* web container. That's for sure. Basically you have following options: a) embed OSGi framework b) run on top of WebLogic OSGi environment c) embed Karaf "Main"
I really have no idea how b) may look like, especially under WebLogic. However for a) you may take a look on my blog entry [1] describing how to run Apache Aries with Tomcat. Running Karaf may be done in similar way. Last possibility is to simply run Karaf main from own implementation of ServletContextListener. That's simplest solution.
