Yes, grasp and inject FeaturesService into your bundle, and you can use it in 
your bundle to list features, etc.
 blueprint configuration like 
<reference id="featuresService" 
interface="org.apache.karaf.features.FeaturesService" />
then you can use featuresService in your bundles.

FeaturesService
