1/ yes, you can directly use something like:
Ansi.ansi().a(Ansi.Attribute.INTENSITY_BOLD).a("foo");
2/ for the differences between, it's because packages:import is based on
PackageAdmin, I'm not sure about dev:show-tree. Let me check.
