I would like to deploy a war file to Karaf. I have followed all instructions to do so and don't see any errors and the logs say "Binding bundle to http service". However when I try access the url (according to the context path) I see "Not found". When I run "web:list" I see the bundle "State" is "Active" but the Web-State is "Waiting"
What does "Web-State" - "Waiting" mean? Note: I have deployed other wars which work and show a "Web-State" - "Deployed".
