Hi all,
I am wondering about the status of Apache Karaf EIK (Eclipse Integration for
Karaf).
I see that the installation instructions on the Karaf website are pointing to
the download of EIK 0.9:http://karaf.apache.org/index/subprojects/eik.html
However, when I browse Maven Central I see there is a 3.0.0 version of EIK
available
there:http://search.maven.org/#artifactdetails%7Corg.apache.karaf%7Ckaraf%7C3.0.0%7Cpom
Are the installation instructions for EIK still correct? I tried to use it on
Eclipse Kepler, and at first it seemed to work, but when I try to add a Server
based on Karaf it fails on the last page of the wizard, with a NPE...Is Kepler
supported already by EIK? Should I use an older version of Eclipse?
I am willing to help you guys debug or what not if you think that's useful?
Any pointers / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
