Weird.. I see astricks in a lot of places.  The maven plugin uses bnd under
the covers... so you shouldn't need to modify anything manually.  Since you
don't have the package the activator is in, listed in the private packages,
it may not have ended up in the jar.  Also, with a bundle, the wrap
protocol won't be used.  Also, you drop the jar into deploy to hot deploy
it (if not using the bundle:install command from the console with the mvn
protocol).  It sounds like you are unzipping to deploy it?  A bundle can't
get deployed exploded I don't think... except in certain cases.
