Karaf tries to find the feature file in your local maven repository.
You have to first check out the source of the tasklist example and build
it on your machine.
I also think you are installing the wrong feature. Tutorial 8 is about
tasklist not tasklist cdi.
This is the correct one:
features:addurl mvn:net.lr.tasklist/tasklist-features/1.0.0-SNAPSHOT/xml
