I'm not sure if this is completely right or not, but I figured out I can do:

feature:install pax-jetty
feature:install pax-http
feature:install pax-war

Although the last one results in this error:

Error executing command: Manifest not present in the first entry of the zip
mvn:org.eclipse.jdt.core.compiler/ecj/4.2.2

And if I try to install the pax-http-whiteboard feature I get the same
error.

Ignoring the last error, is this correct? I need to install the individual
features, not one top-level feature for pax-web?

And what about the error? It doesn't look like the full set of Pax Web
bundles have been installed at this point.
