Hi, I guess that you are talking about data/cache ?
This cache is mostly the OSGi framework one, you should find some details on the Felix/Equinox documentation.
For the features, can you check your feature repo defined (with feature:repo-list and in etc/org.apache.karaf.features.cfg).
