ConfigAdmin doesn't yet support encrypted values "out of the box".

We are evaluating a solution to reuse the mechanism that we use for user (in users.properties) when encryption is enabled. The idea is to use a prefix on a value (like {CRYPT}) to identify the encrypted values. There is no plan for a release including it for now (I have a PoC quite ready).
