Karaf 2.3.7 not found on maven central

Hi, I noticed that Karaf 2.3.7 was announced a few days ago, that's 
great (although I can't wait for 2.3.8). However, it doesn't seem to 
have reached maven central yet:

Surely the artifacts should be there by now if things had worked? 2.3.6 
is there.
