Using Apache Karaf 3.0.1 on RHEL 5.5. I am trying out running multiple
instances of karaf using same installation. Create 2 instances using
instance:create command and started using instance_start <instance name>
command. The root instance has a JVM heap size of 4GB set using
JAVA_OPTS set in the environment. The instances are not taking the
JAVA_OPTS instead defaulting the heap size to 512M. I tried modifying
the setenv file in $KARAF_HOME/bin directory but no effect. How do I
set heap size for instances ?
