Ok, I've been experimenting a bit more with this and I've found that my
management group isn't updating the cluster feature list for 'managed'
group.  Thus changes aren't being sync'd to my managed group nodes.

For instance:  

*On the management node (which isn't apart of the default group):

karaf@root()> cluster:feature-install default jndi     <- I issue an
cluster:install on the default group..

karaf@root()> cluster:feature-list -i default         <--  Then i
cluster-feature list, and no JNDI.
