It's always good to have an Apache HttpServer in front of an external
available container :)
Though if you want to have a virtual host with Karaf, this depends on your
use-case :)
If you want to separate a WAB from another one, take a look at [1].
If you want to have this also for Servlets registered via the whiteboard
extender, take a look at [2].
If this is still not what you want to do please give some more details of
your use-case.
